Dane Yde
Chief Executive Officer Dane serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for SVEN, overseeing the company’s business management and development. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Business Administration at Augustana College (Sioux Falls, SD), and pursued his master’s degree in Economics at South Dakota State University (Brookings, SD). Dane has been intimately involved in the company since the fall of 2008, serving in an administrative and development role until becoming CEO in the fall of 2011. Dane is the founder and CEO of the JY6 Foundation, a charity that raises money for pediatric cancer research efforts. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Harrisburg Baseball Association, and the South Dakota High School Baseball Association. He enjoys playing baseball in the summer for the Renner Rangers amateur team, traveling, and spending time with his growing family. Dane is married to his wife, Anna, and they have two boys, Thomas and Jack. |

Myranda Thoen
Operations Manager Myranda currently serves as the Operations Manager for SVEN, overseeing the company's day to day operations, financials, and customer relations. Myranda is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Sioux Falls (Sioux Falls, SD) with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. She joined the SVEN team in the fall of 2020. Myranda enjoys hiking, photography, playing tennis, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends. |

Jason Rinne
Sales / Project Manager Jason currently serves as the Project Manager for SVEN, overseeing project bidding, customer quotes, and equipment construction. Jason is a graduate of Augustana College (Sioux Falls, SD) with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a master’s degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training from University of Nebraska Omaha. Jason joined the SVEN team full time in the spring of 2022 after spending the previous 10 summers working for SVEN. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing. Jason is married to his wife Stephanie, and they have two children. |

Brian Kraabel
Sales / Business Development Brian currently serves as a Sales Representative for SVEN and lives in Andover, MN. Brian came to SVEN in June of 2022, after retiring from a 32-year career as Utilities Manager for the City of Andover where he held a Class A operator’s certificate. While at Andover, Brian played a role in the design and construction of the city’s Water Treatment Facility, along with new commercial and residential developments served by city water and sanitary sewer systems. After graduating from Anoka High School in Minnesota, Brian attended North Dakota State University where he played football for 4 years and developed long lasting relationships with many of his teammates. Prior to coming to the City of Andover, he worked alongside his father for 12 years in a small road construction business. After retiring from Andover in December 2021, he was able to cross one item off the bucket list and that was working at the local Community Center Ice Arena operating a Zamboni. He enjoys woodworking, watching their grandkids playing sports, and having family and friends come over to swim in the pool. Brian is married to his wife Lynn, has three adult children and 13 grandchildren. |

Liz Blasius
Digital Marketing Manager Liz serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for SVEN. Liz is a graduate of the Bachelor of Consumer Affairs program with a minor in Business Administration and Interior Design at South Dakota State University. Go Jacks! She also has a passion for health and fitness and opened a gym in Sioux Falls with her sister in the summer of 2018. Liz is married to her wonderful husband, Weston, and together they have 3 children; Grant, Brooks, and Josie. She loves spending time with her family doing things like fishing, biking, spending time outdoors, and going to the cabin in the Black Hills. She enjoys watching her boys play baseball, football and wrestle for the O’Gorman Nights youth wrestling program. |

Daine Olinger
Sales / Technical Support Daine serves as the sales and technical support for SVEN and offers troubleshooting assistance and solutions to process difficulties. His experience goes back to High School repairing and maintaining chemical pumps in the basement of his grandfather’s distribution warehouse. He also helped run a deionization regeneration plant, servicing industrial and municipal customers. In 2007, he started managing that warehouse full time. Daine has almost two decades now selling chemical dosing equipment, flow meters, and analytical instrumentation. After years of supplying SVEN with equipment, he joined the team in the Fall of 2023. He and his wife Shellie have one daughter and two dogs. They enjoy traveling, off-roading, and hockey (Go Avalanche!). Daine is also a vehicle enthusiast. |
